ROLE OVERVIEW: The CFA is responsible for the final quality control of finished products according to AQL 2.5 to ensure that the orders are qualified before shipment.
JOB DETAILS:
- Review/ confirm quality of TOP/ Shipping sample and make approval decision
- Conduct the final inspection follow AQL's customer request
- Perform in-house QA role of approve QA/PP sample and give comments. Conduct sample evaluation in terms of construction, materials, embellishment, measurement, workmanship, packing...
- Conduct inline inspection and share the comment to relevant departments
- Review quality of TOP/ Shipping sample and give comments
- Conduct 1st output inspection and share the comment to relevant departments
- Receive materials prepare for AQL inspection
- Work with warehouse to prepare carton of garment for inspection
- Conduct the final inspection follow AQL customer request
- Inform to related depts
- Update and make AQL inspection report
- Proactively escalate the findings to direct superiors and relevant departments about goods quality for preventive and corrective actions

- University degree or above majoring in apparel or related disciplines
- At least 2 years working in a similar position in a garment manufacturing company
- Having in-depth knowledge of the garment industry's quality system.
- Skills in using English and informatics at work
- Skilled in data collection and analysis.
- Skills in using tools for effective quality control: tables, charts, system processes, ...
- Ability to control and manage operations.
- Ability to train and coordinate staff.
- Have a sense of responsibility, determination and under pressure

Công ty TNHH Amer Việt Nam là một chi nhánh tại Việt Nam của tập toàn Amer. Tập toàn AMER chuyên về lĩnh vực dầu bôi trơn, chống rỉ và chất tẩy rửa phục vụ ngành công nghiệp, hiện có 7 nhà máy sản xuất cùng 2 trung tâm nghiên cứu và phát triển công nghệ, trong đó có hơn 6.000m2 phòng thí nghiệm và hơn 500 thiết bị thí nghiệm đẳng cấp quốc tế. Tất cá các sản phẩm dầu động cơ đều được chứng nhận bởi Viện Dầu khí Hoa Kỳ API(American Petroleum Institute). Tất cá các nguyên liệu thô và sản phẩm được kiểm tra theo tiêu chuẩn ROHS của EU và không chứa các chất cấm. Amer miễn phí cung cấp các dịch vụ cho khách hàng như: hướng dẫn rửa bể dầu và thay dầu tại chỗ, hàng năm định kỳ kiểm tra chất lượng dầu và cung cấp báo cáo kiểm tra.
