Mô tả công việc

Provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential information, and ensure efficient communication
Assist in budget planning, prepare reports
Acting as a liaison between the Head and internal/external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication within the organization. This includes screening and managing emails, calls, and other forms of communication, responding on behalf of the Head when necessary.
Maintain records and prepare reports on operational performance
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records. This may involve preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the Head
Planning and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are communicated and executed.
Assisting the Head in various projects by conducting research, compiling data, and providing administrative support to ensure project milestones are met.
Addressing day-to-day challenges and solving problems independently or by consulting with the Head when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field.
Minimum 4-year experience in C&B, Operations management or a related role
Discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and professionalism.
Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese communication
Proficiency in using Excel.
Experience in education is a plus
