Visa Application Support:
Assist students in understanding and completing the necessary visa application forms and documents.
Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all visa application materials.
Provide guidance on visa requirements and regulations for various countries.
Documentation Management:
Ensure all required documents are collected, properly prepared, and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all visa-related documentation and correspondence.
Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and requirements for different countries.
Student Counseling:
Provide one-on-one counseling to students to address any questions or concerns regarding the visa application process.
Conduct informational sessions and workshops on visa application procedures and best practices.
Assist students in scheduling visa appointments and preparing for visa interviews.
Communication and Coordination:
Communicate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to resolve any issues or clarify requirements.
Collaborate with the Study Abroad Counseling and Documentation teams to ensure a seamless application process for students.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Study Abroad Documentation on the status of visa applications and any issues encountered.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure all visa applications comply with the legal and regulatory requirements of the destination countries.
Conduct regular audits of visa application processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient mannerBachelor's degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa processing or a related field, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and visa application softwareWorking in an international environment
