Mô Tả Công Việc

Position Description:

• This role performs sales activities within the assigned geographic area in line with the sales targets and objectives (SME). It is responsible for client acquisition, raising awareness and ensuring business in the assigned market. The purpose is to achieve the sales figures / the required budget in the assigned region. Further, this role is responsible for identifying market needs and developing new services in cooperation with the Sales Director and the product managers.

Main task and responsibilities
• Support and propose a sales plan (SME) Execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales targets. Develop business with the assigned targets, existing customers, and new customers.
• Assure successful account integration into operation, product, trade, and customer service.
• Advise customers, listen actively and thus significantly increase the success rates and optimize cost of sales.
• Share information using internal reporting tools and following communication rules.
• Assure compliance with the sales process.
• Prepare quotations and follow-up offers in cooperation with the purchasing and operations departments.
• Care and focus on customers, build up and maintain relationships in a natural way.
• Job details will be discussed in the interview.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirement
• University graduation major in foreign trade or Economics or marketing.
• At least 2-3 year of experiences in sales/ freight forwarders is preferable.
• Good command of English and MS. Office
• Good in communication and negotiation.
• Teamwork
• Able to work independently or in a group under high pressure.
• Excellent skills in negotiation and persuasion, presentation as well as problem-solving and decision-making.
• Representative, confident appearance and sales driven.
