Mô Tả Công Việc
DEPARTMENT : Finance Dept.
REPORTING TO : Financial Controller - Vietnam
• Review and assess the operation processes and internal controls of the Crown plants in Vietnam and provide regular feedback to the Financial Controller - Vietnam regarding the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal controls
• Identify, propose, and implement appropriate solutions to strengthen the internal controls.
• Lead, develop and conduct accounting analyses
• Review and analyze financial reports
• Project work and other work as assigned
• Effective operations of the accounting & reporting, taxation, credit control and collection, cash flow management and treasury, risk management functions;
• Responsible for budget preparation and business forecasts; month ends closing reports
• Actively participate and provide business analysis and recommendations in periodic management reviews for business opportunities/improvements projects;
• Ensure that legal, audit and compliance policies are met;
• Ensure satisfactory implementation of skills development programs for key staff members;
• Any ad-hoc assignment given by direct superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/ Finance with minimum 6 years relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task competing priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines and work extra hours as required by business needs
• Adaptable and strong team player
• Critical and strategic thinking, ability to face challenging situations and be assertive as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Written and spoken English (Good)
• Computer literacy
• Willing to travel as required.
