Job Description:
- We are seeking a middle to senior level Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly, effective, and visually appealing financial products tailored to meet the needs of users and customers. Your work will directly contribute to the user experience and overall success of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts.
- Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for our web and mobile applications, focusing on workflow efficiency and ease of use.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system to ensure consistency for our product portfolio.
- Create wireframes and prototypes for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Clearly articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product design, preferably in a B2B Fintech or financial services.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach and complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
