Mô tả công việc
• Develop sourcing strategies to meet demand and production plans.
• Monitor the entire product development process with engineering and sales teams, ensuring alignment with customer criteria and needs.
• N product market research and competitive product/pricing analysis.
• Sourcing, supply chain management support, supplier development.
• Partner with leadership to execute product management and sourcing initiatives .
• relevant teams to facilitate communication and streamline processes throughout product development.
• Ensure all products meet cost, quality and delivery targets .
• Evaluate suppliers for their ability to deliver products that meet brand objectives.
• Special projects assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Graduated in garment and garment technology.
• Over 8 years of experience in product development and manufacturing in the apparel and garment technology industry.
• Must have strong problem solving, planning and cost analysis skills
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in people management, with creative thinking
• Ability to build trust and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Over 8 years of experience in product development and manufacturing in the apparel and garment technology industry.
• Must have strong problem solving, planning and cost analysis skills
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in people management, with creative thinking
