As a Study Abroad Consultant, you’ll be responsible for advising students and parents, answering inquiries about university and master's study conditions, European visa services, and ensuring they receive the best support throughout their journey.

Beyond office-based consultations, you’ll also have the opportunity to visit high schools and meet students and parents on-site, providing direct guidance and building strong relationships with potential applicants.

Job Description:

• Call customers to provide consultation and answer their questions about university and master's study abroad conditions, as well as European visa services, based on the company's provided data.
• Independently search for potential customers through media channels (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) by posting, seeding, and other engagement methods.
• Conduct orientation consultations for students and parents at partner schools as assigned by management.
• Understand customer needs in a timely manner and advise them on the company’s service contracts.
• Provide customer care before and during the service usage process.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Maintain and expand a network of potential customers and partners across various fields (directly or indirectly).
• Coordinate with different departments to support parents/students after consultations.
• Develop and implement weekly and monthly plans based on department/team strategies.
• Report to management on customer needs, issues, concerns, competitor activities, and potential business development opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 25 years or older
• Education: College or university graduate
• Language Skills: Preference for candidates proficient in English (all four skills)
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in education consulting (language courses/IELTS) or related fields (consulting, sales, customer service, insurance, real estate, etc.)
• Skills & Attributes:
• Energetic and enthusiastic about work
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for customer consultation via phone and in person
• Professional demeanor suitable for the education sector
• Proficiency in office computer applications

• Income: Average from 15–40 million VND/month (including base salary + monthly commission)
