MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Job Summary:
The Scrum Master is a servant-leader who helps Agile teams deliver high-value products by applying deep knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Lean. This role requires strong facilitation skills, an Agile mindset, and the flexibility to adapt practices to suit different team contexts and organizational environments.
Responsibilities:
- Guide Agile teams in applying Scrum and Kanban effectively in daily work.
- Promote and model Agile values and principles across the team and organization.
- Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support teams in implementing Lean thinking and XP practices such as continuous integration, test-first development, and refactoring.
- Identify and remove obstacles that limit the team’s productivity.
- Support Product Owners in managing, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, lead time, etc.).
- Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and learning.
- Coach individuals and teams to develop Agile maturity.
- Foster collaboration and transparency between team members and stakeholders.
- Adapt practices as needed to fit team needs while preserving Agile principles.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Requirements:
- Solid expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong understanding of the Agile mindset: flexibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English skills.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Redmine, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Github, Clubhouse, or Azure DevOps.
- High flexibility and adaptability in different team and company contexts.
- Ability to work with distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Technical background is a plus.
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is considered an asset.
