JOB SUMMARY
Dedicated to take care of Supply Chain Management (SCM) department assistance tasks Be the SCM Director's assistant
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working on daily administrative assistance, focusing on expats/foreign guests coming to Vietnam factories, as well as supporting with events, training, outing trips, and other beneficials for employees at the factories:
- Assist/Support foreign visitors/guests/colleagues during business trips in Vietnam,
- Update/control foreign guest's list to Vietnam, and Vietnamese staff's list go oversea for business trips, - Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, transportation, hotel and restaurant reservations, etc.,
- Check & follow up progress of work permit, visa, temporary residence card,... for expatriates,
- Support arranging events (tour/dinner...) for foreign guests
- Make payment/clearing expense, prepare monthly reports related to administration tasks,
- Co-ordinate with Dept. on all activities of team building , people development, event, training, reporting
- Be a translator/ interpreter for guests if needed,
- Be able to contact/communicate with oversea related departments if needed,
- Performs miscellaneous job-related functions as assigned.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education
College and above. Major in Business Administration, English, Chinese or other related subjects.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in similar positions
Knowledge
Be able to comfortably use both English and Chinese English: Verbal communication + Written Chinese: Verbal communication + Reading + Typing
Functional Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
Other Abilities
Excellent time management skill, have ability to prioritize work
Strong organizational skills especially multi-tasking Attention to details and problem-solving skills Helpful and friendly demeanor Ability to stay calm under pressure
