• Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements

• Prepare and organize documents, weekly/monthly reports, and presentations

• Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute notes and action items

• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion

• Foster effective communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders

• Facilitate dialogue with local and international parties across various organizational levels

• Collaborate with other departments to complete projects and tasks as needed

• Provide critical thinking and problem-solving support to the Director

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in law, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Marketing or other related majors

• At least 2+ years of experience in the same position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Translator/ Administrator for Executive level

• Strong communication skills to enable effective dialogue with local and international parties across all levels of the organization

• Knowledge of problem solving

• Ability to lead team building initiatives

• Execellent English (4 skills), good at translation (English Vietnamese and vice versus)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); reporting skill
