Mô tả công việc
- Manage the Board of Directors’s calendar, schedule appointments, and organize meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
- Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the planning and execution of SVEF events, including conferences, seminars, and networking events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, travel arrangements, and catering.
- Liaise with speakers, attendees, and partners to ensure smooth event operations.
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and promotional content.
- Draft and edit communications on behalf of the Secretariat Team, including newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
- Liaise with the Comm team to manage SVEF’s social media accounts and website content, ensuring regular updates and engagement with the community.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including corporate partners, government agencies, and media outlets.
- Conduct research on topics relevant to SVEF’s mission and activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the Secretariat Team and the Board of Directors.
- Monitor and analyze economic trends and developments in Switzerland and Vietnam.
- Assist with the development and implementation of special projects and initiatives as directed by the Secretariat Team.
- Provide support for fundraising and membership drives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in an international or economic context.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German or Vietnamese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Interest in economic relations and international development.
- Willingness and ability to travel between Vietnam and Switzerland as required.
