The Job
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand the demands of the market and draft tasks based on it
- Collaborate with development team members to understand technical solutions
- Make detailed requirements, and propose suitable solutions based on user perspective understanding.
- Keep up to date on business domain knowledge of the company
- Keep up to date on the latest applications of IT and AI technologies
Your Skills and Experience
- MUST HAVE Business Japanese (Equivalent N1 certification)
- At least 3 years of working experience in one of these positions: BA/ BrSE/ PM.
- Product and market mindset
- Need strong analytical skills to create reports and documents
- The ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for working with all stakeholders.
- The ability to understand the team's challenges and develop solutions.
- Must be familiar with various project management (and business analysis) software types. Proficiency in spreadsheets is also important.
- Must be familiar with wireframe design tools (like Figma)
- Basic English

Công ty TNHH Công nghệ Asilla Việt Nam được thành lập với mục tiêu xây dựng các sản phẩm dựa trên công nghệ AI hỗ trợ con người trong việc giám sát hành vi bất thường qua hình ảnh camera, thay thế con người giám sát 24/7. Công nghệ này sử dụng các mô hình học máy để dự đoán tư thế của con người (pose estimation) từ hình ảnh hoặc video bằng cách dự đoán các khớp trên cơ thể người (keypoints), theo đó, hệ thống sẽ nhận diện được hành vi của con người.
