Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications. Write business analysis documentation and checklists for the project, including BRD, FSD, URD, ISD, SRS, and more, in both Vietnamese and English. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Recommend innovative solutions to optimize business processes and operations. Study, propose new features (as well as improvements/ enhancements) for software. Assist in the implementation and integration of new IT systems and software. Assist users and work with development team or vendor to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets business requirements. Create user documentation and training materials. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes. Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery. Serve as the liaison between IT and business units. Facilitate effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in the retail industry. Keen attention to detail and technical aspects when analyzing software modules is required. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and SDLC is essential. Domain knowledge of the retail industry is a plus. Experience with ERP, WMS, and OMS systems is advantageous. Familiarity with omni-channel, multi-channel, O2O, and e-commerce concepts is beneficial. Analyzing and testing experience within the SDLC is preferred. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, consulting, and negotiation skills with stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in both verbal and written English.
