Mô tả công việc
• Drive the Merchant team for order execution and follow up Monthly, weekly sales by preparing sales targets and reports as per set targets given by manager.
• Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets then take up with next levels to set strategies to meet set KPI within the team.
• Connect with customers and understand their needs; identifies and follows customer’s requirement & needs in correct direction
• Resolves customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere between customer and production operation
• Collaborates with internal teams and lead the Merchandising team for execution excellence
• Acts as company representative and attend meetings with customers and travel to customer’s office to facilitate business
Yêu cầu công việc
• Have 2-3 years of experience in textile industry
• Experiences of textile business
• Ready to accept to lead business in tandem with leaderships
• Good communication skill in oral and written
• Good negotiation skill
• Willing to go for business trip domestically and internationally
