We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team. Joining us, you will have a chance to work with our proactive and talented people, and you will have a chance to work directly with our clients from North America, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Australia.

MISSION

As a Business Development Executive at WATA TECH, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, identifying and securing new business opportunities in the dynamic software services market. You'll build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations.

Job Description

• Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their pain points. Proactively seek out new opportunities through networking, cold calling, B2B platforms, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Client Presentations & Relationship Building: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of WATA TECH's products and services. Develop lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
• Proposal & Quote Development: Collaborate with pre-sales teams (business analysts and technical experts) to analyze client requirements, estimate project scopes, and create winning proposals and quotes.
• Contract Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals that benefit both WATA TECH and our clients.
• Resource Coordination: Partner with HR and resource management teams to ensure the availability of qualified staff for client projects.
• Financial & Project Management: Work closely with finance and project teams to track leads, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and payments.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, ideally in the software or technology industry.
• Open for Freshers who have completed all learning program
  
  

Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in English and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze client needs, solve problems creatively, and close deals.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
