The Role
Working with Development Management, Site Supervision and Construction Management Teams as well as the main contractor on assigned projects.

Working with Development Management, Site Supervision and Construction Management Teams as well as the main contractor on assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Determine requirements, effort, deliverables, timeframe, funding limitations, project staffing requirements and available departmental resources for the assigned projects.
- Manage and coordinate work with Site Supervision and Construction Management Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and Operator for M&E, architectural, structural, and Interior Design works.
- Identify potential problem and design to meet requirements of the client and authority.
- Oversee project operations and resolve technical and designs issues.
- Manage contracts, task orders, modifications, funding, and period of performance extensions.
- Monitor the management of strategies and plans, handle complaints and ensure the quality of work is in compliance with the code of practice.
- Report and update on project status on daily, weekly and monthly basic
- Any adhoc tasks or projects assigned as assigned by the Company.
- Possess a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture
- At least 7 years’ relevant development or construction/site management experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential projects.
- At least having experience in managing construction of an Interior Design works of hospitality project until completion and hand over.
- Possess high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability and demonstrate excellent leadership to drive projects.
- Seeks continuous improvement to design and processes through consistently questioning the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of the development.
- Ability to encourage the creation of solutions appropriate to the needs of Business Units, shareholders and environment.
- Excellent team player with construction management skills required.
