CSW Industrials (Nasdaq: CSWI) an US publicly traded company in the Nasdaq stock market with approx. $2B market cap that serves a variety of HVAC end markets through 3 business units - Contractor Solutions, Engineered Building Solutions, and Specialized Reliability Solutions. We have having significant manufacturing base in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone, Dong Nai named TRUAIRE Vietnam.
We’re looking for a Plastic Tooling Engineer (Expert level) responsible for plastic injection mold techniques, including tooling design, tooling assessment, TPM program, tooling database, VE projects, and NPI projects to adapt to our business growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Design, and develop mold / die to adapt to projects / current production demand.
• Actively participate/lead in tool design reviews, tool schedules, and tool approval.
• Drive the part qualification and process validation while optimizing the performance and responsible to obtain plant acceptance and provide the final sign-off on tool and process.
• Ensure mold is fabricated correctly from machining to assembly, T0, T1 test, until sample is approved.
• Work directly with Designers and Engineers to optimize the part design early in the design process
• Establish & maintain the tooling database to run the TPM program.
• Control mold/tooling spare parts, and build safe stock.
• Develop & maintain tooling-making capacity to adapt to demand.
• Drive VE, NPI, and productivity projects as routine tasks.
• Lead and develop tool and die technicians to meet factory objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with all levels of the organization.
• 10+ years experience in mold making, and plastic injection, preferred experience in thermoset and thermoplastics. Knowledge about plastic extrusion is a plus.
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
• Excellent in CAD / CAM software, MS Office, PBI, and data analysis.
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
• Collaborative, proactive attitude, hands-on. Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly, self-study ability.
• Lean manufacturing orientated.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Fabrication, Tooling, Die Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
or any related.
• Knowledge/experience about 7 Tools QC, Kaizen, 7 Wastes in Lean, and DMAIC is a plus.
• 10+ years experience in mold making, and plastic injection, preferred experience in thermoset and thermoplastics. Knowledge about plastic extrusion is a plus.
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot mechanical problems.
