About The Team
Act as the acting warehouse manager during the shift that you are in charge of, during daily operations and campaigns.
- SBS stands for Serviced by Shopee. We are the largest fulfillment center in Vietnam, providing brands with end-to-end logistics solutions, from warehousing service to order fulfillment service.
- Manage 50,000 sqm of ecom warehouse footprint in the North and South with 350 seasoned specialists (SBS office and warehouse team, including FTE + BPO FT).
- Manage a diversified brand portfolio, working with market leaders in FMCG, High Tech, Homecare, Fashion. Flexible operation capability with the ability to scale up to 10 times volumes during campaign days.
- Young, dynamic team with average age between 25 and 35.
Act as the acting warehouse manager during the shift that you are in charge of, during daily operations and campaigns.
- Ensure health, safety and employee well-being in the warehouse
- Make sure that the operation team comply with all the safety, hygiene, health and security guidelines on a daily basis.
- Put people’s physical and mental well-being at the top of our priority list. Escalate to top management if identifying any risk, as per the company guidelines.
- Ensure that no incidents happen in the warehouse.
- Operation performance:
- Manage daily operation and monitor key metrics of Inbound, Outbound , Inventory and Returns team. Make sure that the team adhere to all operation SOP to achieve the results.
- Be the key point of contact for operation escalations and exceptional case handling. Timely escalate and keep the top management team updated of any issues that could potentially lead to crisis.
- Work with key stakeholders to propose and align on key operational targets monthly, including but not limited to cost, productivity and service level.
- Own the operation metrics. Closely monitor and drive key metrics that your team is in charge of. Make sure that the team hits the target in terms of productivity and service level during daily operations and campaigns.
- Projects: Continuous Improvement projects and ad-hoc project initiation and execution:
- Collaborate with the project team to enforce continuous improvement knowledge.
- Work closely with the project team to initiate and execute Continuous Improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Work closely with the project team to execute warehouse’s tasks in cross-function projects to improve buyer/ seller experience.
- Lean leadership and People development:
- Train, coach and build the team on the job, to develop their soft skills, technical operation capabilities and leadership skills.
- Communicate effectively with the team to help them understand the business priorities. Deliver the vision, inspire them and engage people to work together towards the same goal.

- At least 3 years experience in management roles with proven track record in leadership.
- Experienced with ecommerce warehouse operation is a plus.

- Strong data skillset or field operation experience.

Công ty TNHH dầu khí Đài Hải là công ty liên doanh giữa Công ty đầu tư và Xuất nhập khẩu công nghiệp tàu thủy SHINIMEX ( Việt Nam ) và các đối tác Đài Loan bao gồm : Tập đoàn CPC - Đài Loan, Tập đoàn CHINFON, Tập đoàn TASCO, được thành lập theo giấy phép đầu tư số 1086/GP do Bộ Kế Hoạch và Đầu Tư cấp ngày 17/12/1994. Chuyên kinh doanh các mặt hàng khí hóa lỏng (LPG), Butane, Propane, bình gas, bếp gas, van an toàn và van điều áp. Hệ thống cầu cảng 5.000DWT, hệ thống kho chứa LPG dung tích 1.100 tấn.
+ Khả năng tiếp nhận tàu 5.000DWT.
+ Chiều dài cầu 50m, hướng cầu khoảng 298°-118°.
+ Bề ngang thuỷ diện trước bến tính từ mép cầu đến mép phải của luồng chạy tàu là 200m với độ sâu tại cầu là -2,5m. (Theo TBHH ngày 08/11/05), khu vực trục luồng chạy tàu ngang cầu cảng có độ sâu trung bình -10m.
