Mô tả Công việc
The successful candidate will oversee the below activities:
• In charge of building the strategic buying plan for the assigned category.
• Market research, historical data analysis.
• Monitor and analyze business performance.
• Merchandise allocation.
• Inventory Management.
• Plan and deliver merchandise to stores across Vietnam.
• Communicate with business partners in HQ.
Job Description
- Analyzing consumer buying patterns and updating and predicting future fashion trends.
- Propose items to buy (style, type, design, quantity, etc) based on review and budget.
- Follow closely sales seasons, events, new arrivals of the market to optimize stock level.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentation of the brand when needed frequency.
- Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Monitor and apply various merchandising methods and ensure increase in productivity.
- Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Work closely with operation in order to receive new shipments.
- For retail: Manage product allocation to stores, and monitoring item replenishment in order to ensure products availability in stores.
- Master file management.
- Collect data, analyze and monitoring of inventory on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Other: Support global procurement initiatives and deliver solutions to improve and streamline the processes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- More than 3-year experience in international merchandising/ procurement.
- Working experience in Fashion / Sport Retail industry is a must.
- Knowledgeable in development and execution of procurement and procedures to a high standard as well as a basic knowledge of supplier relationship management process.
- Display excellent presentation and communication skills with a particular ability to influence and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill to interact with all levels, both external and internal. Commitment and result driven are definitely a plus.
- Having good verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Công ty Dầu Nhờn GS Việt Nam là đại diện thương mại duy nhất tại Việt Nam của công ty GS oil Hàn Quốc. Các sản phẩm đều được nhập khẩu 100% từ Hàn Quốc: dầu xe gắn máy, dầu động cơ thông thường, dầu động cơ cao cấp, Dầu công nghiệp, các sản phẩm mỡ đa dụng, mỡ cực áp và các sản phẩm dầu hàng hải đã và đang được rất nhiều nhà máy, công ty sản xuất ôtô, công ty vận tải và khách hàng tin dùng.
Được thành lập từ năm 2005 với mục tiêu ban đầu là nhập khẩu và giới thiệu tới người tiêu dùng Việt Nam một dòng sản phẩm dầu nhờn nhập khẩu có chất lượng cao, phù hợp với điều kiện nhiệt độ, khí hậu, môi trường Việt Nam và đặc biệt phù hợp cho các loại xe, máy móc thiết bị trên thế giới. Mỗi sản phẩm khi sản xuất đều được kiểm định tuân thủ theo cáo tiêu chuẩn của các tổ chức quản lí chất lượng quốc tế mang đến cho người tiêu dùng sự yên tâm và hiệu quả kinh tế cao nhất.
