To ensure that all supplier and customer related compliance data is maintained in an orderly and accessible manner and is kept up to date.

To arrange other procurement related data, including commercial, technical and compliance in such a way as to create a useable knowledge base for all stakeholders in the business.

Review and tidy up FSC and PEFC chain of custody information to ensure QAD and RMR’s reconcile.

Run report monthly and trouble shoot problems as they occur, and update raw material pricing in report

Maintain and validate supplier chain of custody certificates, supplier audit report, Havi RRMS report

Participate in the completion of The Group Procurement Report monthly.

Maintain item set up in QAD for RM’s, consumables and finished goods.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Business degree

2-5 years experience preferred, but entry level would be OK for candidate with good potential.

Organised and efficient manner. Ability to maintain focus on multiple tasks.

Sound technology competence, including use of MRP systems and Microsoft products such as Excel.

Good written communication, reasonable verbal communication  in English

An engaging but firm relationship style. Must be able to build relationships at multiple levels within and outside the business
