1. OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

Main duty:

• Being in charge of Advance Pricing (AP)
• Supporting Operation / Sales departments in any operation issues related to contractual price with LSPs.
• Sourcing new LSPs, evaluating and selecting potential LSPs to LSP pool
• Maintaining LSP partnership.

3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description:

• Preparing and sending NDA, RFP / RFQ (Requesting for Price / Quotation) to LSPs for all kind of business scope like Forwarding, Local delivery, and Warehouse management.
• Holding biddings as BO request from Operation / Sales teams
• Negotiating, evaluating and selecting potential LSPs for contract agreement
• Cooperating with Legal team to sign service supplement contract and solve related issues.
• Sourcing qualified LSPs, evaluating, and registering LSP to LSP pools.
• Managing LSPs and maintaining LSP relationship.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Following whole operations procedures and solving any issue or complaint from whole process until completed.
• Maintaining relationships with clients / LSPs by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
• Sourcing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating LSPs’ potential elements in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
• Fulfilling other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and local management.
• Cooperating with all related parties to support operation inquiries.
