The ideal candidate will oversee construction works on the site and act as the point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a construction team and delegating tasks.
• Overseeing the daily construction process on the job site.
• Checking construction process to ensure the project meet all process.
• Ensure the proper Implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
• Assess the main risks/Issues of the project, update, report daily and weekly on the Company’s AECIS System.
• Lead the project team to meet client requirements in terms of safety, quality, schedule and stakeholders’ satisfaction.
• Ensure that on-site works adhere to the latest approved drawing and specifications.
• Manage contractors’ work progress on site and monitor resource adequacy.
• Implement Quality Control and safety procedures on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be native Japanese
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry and 7 years of experience as a Senior Engineer with on-site construction or project management experience, non-designer background, QAQC for residential/Commercial/retail/Hospitality
• A Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant ones.
• Fluent in Microsoft office or project management software.
• Basic English.
• Good Interpersonal, communication, decision-making, planning, leadership, reporting, problem-solving, time management, risk management, conflict management, and budgeting skills, interact well with high-level stakeholders.
• Willing to work away from home.
