JD: Chief Engineer/ Ha Noi
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all M&E systems.
- Source and manage service contracts, coordinating with vendors for timely execution of M&E maintenance and repair works.
- Supervise M&E improvement initiatives, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and quality assurance.
- Ensure that M&E operations align with asset management objectives and conform to all accreditation and statutory safety requirements.
- Initiate and oversee capital improvement projects, asset upgrades, and tenant-related enhancements.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process and monitor operational expenditure to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Generate monthly reports with cost analysis and variance assessments.
- Lead and mentor a team of Executives and Technicians, ensuring productivity, quality, and continuous development.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management in line with operational needs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in M&E systems maintenance within building operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tenant relations, facilities maintenance, technical operations, and construction processes.
- Familiarity with building automation systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is an added advantage.
- Possession of Fire Safety Manager or EHS certifications is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Good command of English
