* Major areas of responsibility List 3-5 key accountabilities from most important to less important and 3-5 tasks related to each accountability. Estimate the time needed to perform each accountability, in total should be 100% (below 5% should not be included). * Key Accountability - Ongoing face to face meeting with customers (6-10 meeting weekly) - Warm up relationship with current clients & approach new potential clients to enlarge client base. - Follow up the customer requirements & get their feedback about our service & market intelligence - Do extra effort to provide all possible solutions to clients’ requirements - Develop more BCOs - New/Lost customer monitoring (with support of S/C) - Customer meeting summary in CRM - Monitor customer’s KPI performance. - Weekly market intelligence report for specific trade lanes to Sales Manager
