Develop holistic approach and action plan to enhance overall SPX brand image and maintain high brand consistency across all channels (from online to offline)
Establish clear communication strategy and execution plan for cross-functional & business projects/ initiatives such as: riders/ drivers activities, feature launching, new policy roll-out to related parties
Create and maintain smooth communication flow among internal SPX: right information to be delivered to right persons, and at the right time
Social Media:
Build up strong social community to increase brand awareness for SPX on social and connect with riders/ drivers to improve their engagement/ commitment with the company
Social seeding to mitigate seller and rider sentiment towards SPX
Crisis Management:
Manage overall social sentiment towards SPX and work with PR/ risk management/ legal on crisis management if needed
Minimize noise levels & escalation on social media as well as work with PR/ ER to align key message in case of crisis handling
Online & Offline Visibility Management:
Manage visibilities on website & rider app, consolidate requests from different stakeholders
Manage POSM/ Offline materials requests form stakeholders and design to maintain brand consistency
Leadership:
Lead, manage and grow a team in conceptualizing, executing and optimizing marketing communication projects to drive impact: Define team’s SOW, monitor and manage project performance KPIs; escalate issues with proposed solutions promptly to management, then closely monitor on mitigation implementation
Lead a team with diverse backgrounds ; able to provide guidance and feedback to ensure for overall team’s achievement and development
Requirements
Possess solid knowledge and experience communication strategy
Have experience in branding strategy, brand reputation protection
Have strong connection with brands and experience in running partnership programs
Possess experience in event planning is a plus
Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to work under extreme pressure
Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities
Proven leadership capabilities, driven, resilient, reliable and more importantly, someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
At least 2 years of team management experience
At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in Marketing, Project Management or other relevant experience(s)
