Channel activity planning
Take responsibilities for assigned product launch in collaboration with online & offline channel, education, demand planning: Promotion scheme (bundle, minisize, GWP/ O+O activities/ POS development)
BRAND COMMUNICATION
Define campaign communication idea is relevant with local customer insights and brand equity
Take ownership for IMC, A&P of assigned franchises/launches to drive sales & build brand love/equity
Coordinate with Media, Advocacy, Retail, Education & Merchandising for consumer/retail excellence to achieve outstanding visibility, brand image, key message and service
DAILY TASK
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Forecast & analysis ownership for own product to deliver Sales Out target.
Trade Maximization
Collaboratively works with KAMs to create account specific promo plans (display + flyer)
Manage Category PLV Budget
BA education document & keep track with Edu team
Planogram keep track with Merchandising
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Assistant Brand Manager with FMCG background. Beauty lover is preferred
