1. Job summary:
• Directly responsible and functionally report to Supply Chain Manager.
• Mainly in charge of all Import-Export activities, Direct material procurement
• Responsible for working with customer to ensure shipment arrangement
• Responsible for working with supplier to ensure Direct material procurement
• Responsible for working with third party service provider and the related relation to ensure the import/export handling.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Monitoring the exportation and importation of materials, FGs and others that include:
• Material’s contracts are signed on time prior to shipment departure.
• Shipping documents & customs clearance follow up with 3rd parties.
• Contact with shipping lines and get booking reservation.
• Collect and cross-check all traffic related invoices from Forwarders / suppliers and assure the invoices are in order before paying.
b) Order management:
• Sales Orders are signed on time prior to shipment departure.
• Co-ordinate with buyers to get shipping instruction.
• Issue Internal Stuffing Instructions.
• Co-ordinate with the related departments for shipment arrangement on time.
• Update customer’s shipment position and others.
• Inventory management to ensure no out-of-stock situation.
c) Executing the related purchasing activities to ensure the purchasing of necessary goods or service to ensure better quality at better cost in time.
• Sourcing and cost negotiation.
• PO creation and delivery schedule follow up.
• Contract preparation.
• Vendor management and performance evaluation.
• Bidding documentation.
• Communicate to relevant departments for coordination
d) Provide the following report on a daily/ weekly and monthly basis
• Annual Customs report
• PO/ SO report
• Import-Export shipment tracking file
• OTIF report
• Saving analysis report
• Other reports requested from time to time
• Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager

Supply Chain Expertise: 3+ years in logistics and procurement, with strong knowledge of Vietnam's logistics environment, international import/export regulations, and supplier evaluation.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing relationships with regulatory bodies, customers, and 3PL partners.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in data analysis, persuasive negotiation, and decision-making under pressure.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and compliance processes with a basic understanding of accounting.
Communication & Collaboration: Effective communicator in English and Vietnamese, capable of engaging across all organizational levels.
Adaptability & Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of multitasking in dynamic environments.
EPE Company Experience: Advantageous background in Export Processing Enterprises (EPE).
