Summary: Veep is seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development Executive to work closely with the BOD and play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth, strategic initiatives, and operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for a range of tasks, from providing comprehensive executive support to leading business development efforts and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strategic thinker, and adept collaborator.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Act as a trusted partner to the BOD, managing schedules and communications.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Business Development:
- Analyze and optimize the potential client’s database.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners.
- Collaborate with the BOD to create and execute business development strategies.
- Participate in negotiations and deal structuring.
- Marketing and Branding:
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to promote the company's services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
- Project Management:
- Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for the BOD.
- Strategic Planning:
- Contribute insights to strategic discussions and help translate strategies into actionable plans.
- Monitor industry developments to identify strategic opportunities and risks.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Analyze and improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and optimize resources.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Initial experience in business development, marketing, and executive support roles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multitasking.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English languages
Salary : 8-12mil
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in a similar position
Ability to present documents, ppt files and presentations (English, Vietnamese)
