A. Main tasks

• Implementation of the current planning strategy in close cooperation with superiors and managers from other departments

• Leading or participating in special projects that involve the implementation of new planning strategies

• Coordinate the requestion process with business stakeholders to receive appropriate approvals in order to generate purchase orders and provide timely payments of approved invoices.

• Monitoring and evaluating demand planning activities related to strategic projects and adapting plans based on real-time data and changing market conditions

• Further development of KPIs and metrics to monitor the success of strategic initiatives

• Actively tracks and updates all assigned work in a timely matter.

• Supports group and/or organization key initiatives and objectives through contributions on project teams to include support of supplier management activities.

• Other duties as assigned

• Make periodic reports and review KPIs Quarterly;

• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes;
