• Support pre-sales, sales, and after-sales activities: prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, delivery, deposit, warranty, etc.
• Track orders and inventory, and update the sales team on progress.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage goods importation.
• Handle customer service and maintain good customer relationships.
• Translate documents, emails, and interpret meetings (Vietnamese ⇄ English) when needed.
• Provide translation for Singapore Bosses will be a bonus
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with internal coordination.
• Communicate with factories regarding production and delivery updates.
• Assist in recruitment tasks if required.
• Manage office operations: handle contracts, maintain petty cash, and other clerical duties.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the company.• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin or similar role, in any industry.
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written). IELTS 6.0 to 6.5 or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills.
• Strong skills in operations management and problem solving.
• Capable of negotiating effectively with customers and suppliers.
• Able to work independently, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
• University degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
