* Objective of job:- Support in assuring the quality of products and work processes for DRX group.- Assure all QS-relevant functions in the plant regarding IMDS, PPAP & Sampling, control plan, documentation.* Principle activities:- Take the information from Project team as a factory interface for IMDS, PPAP & Sampling.- Support and implement/update the IMDS, PPAP & Sampling.- Ensure the accuracy of data which submitted to customer.- Following and communicate the IMDS/PPAP Team till get the approval from customer.- Cooperate in internal/external audits.- Take measures in case of quality problems.- Participate change management, process audit.- Maintaining efficient co-operation partnership with all departments necessary.- Create management report & quality report according to the supervisor's requirements.- Follow up time management for Q-Team- Coordinate the creation of documentation, taking into account internal customer-specific guidelines- Plan and conduct training within the quality/ production area.- Responsible for traceability task if required for investigation of complaint/audit.- Assure the internal/external sampling document process.

- Specialized knowledge / education: + Technical college or college degree and at least 2 years professional experience in Quality management/ knowledge.- Work experience: See technical knowledge / education- Additional knowledge: + English (good spoken and written level)+ Be familiar with IMDS+ Be familiar with PPAP+ Be familiar with Initial sampling+ Communication and organization skills+ IT knowledge, esp. office programs (above average level)+ 8D methodology / complaints, 5 core-Tools, SPC, requalification, special characteristics.- Competencies, acc.
