Manage the company's existing supplier database (in PMS): recheck suppliers' availability and relevant information, remove inactive suppliers where appropriate
Negotiate rates with suitable talented suppliers and update database with accurate information in a timely manner
Work closely with Project Management teams to allocate vendors for projects based on client criteria
Act as a contact point for any vendor related issues or concerns
Serve as internal point of contact and owner of vendor quality issues and non-conformances
Run vendor analysis, satisfaction surveys
Monitor performance of our resources and provide feedback where required
Documenting vendor agreements and workflows
Manage the recruitment cycle of suppliers: posting on recruitment sites, collecting the leads, screening CV, organizing test pieces and test evaluations, reference checks, interviewing and making recruitment proposal
Identify resource gaps and proactively recruit subject specialists to expand our talent poolBachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university in related filed (Translation, Applied Linguistics) is preferred. Otherwise, knowledge of internationalization and localization field.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with tact and diplomacy
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Problem-solving capabilities, proactivity and flexibility
Ability to build and maintain relationships in a professional manner
Quality focused with a keen eye for detail
