As Santen Vietnam continues to grow and expand its business, we are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Pharmacy Field Force Manager.

Based in our Santen Vietnam's main office in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be responsible for maximizing the commercial potential of Santen products by developing and executing the Retail/Omni channel strategy across various channels, including drugstores, key accounts, and e-commerce, to meet sales targets. This role acts as the Retail channel expert, coordinating with marketing and the field force to drive market penetration and share growth, while also managing key accounts to achieve KPIs, analyzing competitor and market data, and providing strategic insights to management.

Job Description

What you will do

  • Identify the commercial potential markets for assigned territory/account.
  • Update retail/omni channel distribution network/dynamic related to market share, penetration, trend behavior
  • Secure the KPI (sales target) achievement through direct work in field and/or collaborate with other teams (Field Force team, Marketing team, Distributor...) on developing planned price, trade promotion and execution to ensure meeting company direction.
  • Build up good relationships with key accounts, relevant teams (Distributors/ Sub-Distributors, Pharmacy team) to maximize KPI results and achieve business performance
  • Work to level up key accounts by increasing availability and visibility of Santen products through negotiation and workshop, and then develop Santen’s reputation in Vietnam pharmaceutical market
  • Suggest strategy and solution to maximize business penetration via collaboration and insight status of market dynamic
  • Collaborate with marketing & manage a group of Sales Rep to execute activities on field, especial retail sector to ensure total pharmacy business performance
  • Communicate and correspond to key accounts as assigned towards succession of implementation, monitoring, and tracking for campaigns, trade promotions, partnership program…
  • Drive business growth for assigned accounts to align with company direction
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Increasing business opportunities through various approach within omni channel
  • Developing more business opportunities by aligning with, supporting distribution, marketing.
  • Other assigned tasks from Head of Pharmacy business

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Health Science being a strong advantage.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Key Account Management within the FMCG/OTC sector, preferably with experience in Sales team management.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG/OTC products and the dynamics of retail/omni channel distribution.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with key accounts and excellent negotiation skills for approaching the market.
  • Strong focus on result orientation, effective problem-solving, and good planning and presentation skills.
  • Must be independent, innovative, and possess the ability to work with passion.
