THE POSITION

This role will be responsible for searching and selecting suitable vendors (partners). Overall manage the vendor performance to match with requirements in terms of quality on-time delivery and service. Maintain and develop professional partnerships with vendors.

1. Own & implement vendor management processes including:

• Lead the discussion between Production, Product Experts, and Quality Specialists to align success criteria for outsourcing variants.
• Set up the target in a number of vendors and volume for outsourcing variants.
• Search for potential local and international vendors that match Esoft’s expectations (hereunder DNA).
• Qualify vendors by setting up an initial call, and use a questionnaire form to collect general information.
• Be the contact point in the meeting between potential vendors, production, and technical experts.
• Lead the meeting to share (sell) the vendor management model.
• Be the contact point in the testing process.
• Work closely with production to have prices with different vendors and ramp up plan.
• Discuss contract terms, SLA, pricing and share the expected volume with selected vendors.
• Inform relevant departments for onboarding selected vendors.
• Prepare and send corporate contracts to selected vendors.
• Set up an account for selected vendors.
• Participate in a live trial process with vendors.
• Lead internal meetings with technical experts and production to identify and solve problems in quality and operation.
• Organize the meeting between selected vendors and production, quality experts in the live trial process.
• Keep close relationships with selected vendors to understand their pain points in live trials.
• Work closely with production and quality experts to follow up on vendor performance including quality indicators and volume.
• Set up meetings periodically between production and quality experts during the live production process.
• Develop and sustain long-standing relationships with vendors.

2. Update the vendor management process and vendor management model.

• Regularly review & update the vendor management process and framework.
• Support in building-related processes in vendor management such as vendor relationship management, vendor risk management, etc.
• Play an important role in setting up vendor management systems.
