This role is crucial in utilizing and integrating AI into the editing process to optimize efficiency and productivity. Understanding AI algorithms for tasks such as content analysis, automatic tagging, and scene detection, which can enhance the ability to organize and manage a large volume of product content effectively. Working with AI editing tools offers the opportunity to develop new skills that meet the fast-changing demands of the market.

JOB DUTIES

To develop motion graphic and editing templates

- Update graphic assets for production in coordination with Product Experts/Specialists (backgrounds, lower thirds, graphic elements)

- Ensure quality consistency throughout all our templates

- Help to develop non linear editing template

To innovate, standardize and optimize the production tools, techniques, materials and workflows

- Contribute optimization, standardization, innovation ideas

- Keep up to date with new motion graphic trends

- Provide AI related automated ideas to adapt our products to the market needs (Research, benchmark, report, ect..)

- Optimize current product quality through new technical advancements in software, hardware and processes.

- Assist with set-up and problem solving with third-party providers.

To implement product /quality assurance/ production efficiency

- Implement templates and support projects as required

- Train TTS/Production team on how to use templates

- Report the results to Product Experts and propose preventive and corrective actions

- Customize existing templates per client request

- Optimize /convert existing templates

- Support offline projects by creating customized graphics

Quick re-train, coaching & Assess and deliver assigned form of training

- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs

- Help building up E-Learning system

- Ensure Trainees access the platform.

- Organize & manage classes and track training calendar both offline & online in areas of technical assignment.

- Evaluate trainee’s platform using, technical skills periodically to ensure effectiveness after training.Set up a trainee evaluation system for timely improvement.

- Implement effective and purposeful training methods and core tools and techniques training that provides a solid foundation for entry into live production.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Tech background is a plus.
• Having knowledge of video software (Adobe Premiere Pro, AE, Frame.io, Final Cut Pro X, Davinci, etc..)
• English - Able to read, write and verbally communicate professionally to native English-speaking clients.
