Participation in sourcing and supplier selection
Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and ensure fulfillment of it.
Visit, evaluate and audit existing and new suppliers.
Handling quality complaints from suppliers - containment action, 8D and claims
Manage escalations for suppliers for under performances
New projects and localization - feasibility, risk assessment and part development
Drive supplier performance improvement programs
Reporting of supplier quality activities & status

8+ years of experience in supplier development for quality and technology for mechanical engineering process mainly for maching of componance.
Technical understanding (read engineering drawing)
Quality awareness (know about ISO/TS 16949/14000/18000)
Knowledge in QC tools, 5 core tools
Knowledge in project management.
Good English in speaking and writing
Good communication skill.
Good interpersonal, suvervising, and influencing skill to internally and externallyLaptop
