Forix is looking for an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our award- winning team that specializes in providing ongoing eCommerce support and development services to clients around the world. Candidates with a strong performance in this position typically have an opportunity to advance into Project Management roles in the company.
In this position you will be responsible for aiding and assisting our Project Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects to clients.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Become the contact point between relevant parties, mainly clients and team to make sure all the requirements/information are transparent and correctly understood.
Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
Communication with Project Managers based in our US office
Coordinate with internal team members including developers, testers, managers, and others to keep the timeline of every deliverable.
Manage timeline and team workload.
Make sure our implementations and deployments are functioning correctly based on project requirements.
Manage project risks/issues and make decision when necessary

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 1- year working experience (less than 3 years) in Project Management, especially in IT project management.
Be familiar with the project management tools.
Strong at Interpersonal skills, able to work independently.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English is an absolute must.
Experience of at least one project management methodology and is familiar with others.
Understand the fundamentals of project management skills: planning, risk management, task management, deliverables management change requests management.
Demonstrated ability of handling multi- tasks in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge in Magento/Shopify/BigCommerce is a plus.
Proactive, can do attitude and eager to learn.
