The QA Manager will lead our QA team and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. This role requires a hands-on approach and strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the QA team. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy to ensure high-quality software releases.
Establish quality assurance standards and processes.
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and support for professional development.
Define, implement, and maintain QA metrics to measure and improve the effectiveness of the QA process.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of QA processes and deliverables.
Manage bug tracking and reporting systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the QA process remains current and effective.
Manage QC resources
Recruit and train Associate/QC Engineers
Escalate project issues to management when appropriate.
Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 1 years in a management or leadership role.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Have knowledge & experience in E-commerce, testing websites
Have good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English.High, competitive base salary
