We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic/Web Designer to join our dynamic team. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Design and optimize web pages, landing pages, and email templates with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Work closely with the UX and web development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve and refine web designs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and on-brand marketing materials.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Manage and maintain a library of design assets and resources.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
Ensure every design produced, whether it's a banner or new website template, delivers an effective experience across desktop, mobile and tabletExperience in eCommerce
​​At least 3 year-experience in designing for both Web & Mobile app
Experience of responsive and mobile design
Proficiency in design tools/software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Problem-solving aptitude
