Please be noted that this position will work for Fujifilm under third party&039;s contract.

• Post the entries of accounts receivable into SAP system.
• Check, scan & verify the documents of AR by monthly as required.
• Communicate with operators/sales of Direct sales or Domains for related account receivable to collect & improve cash- in.
• Other duties assigned by Finance Manager/AR leader.
• Dealer sales: Send SOA ( statement of account) to customers via email at the first of the month to reconcile & verify AR status.
• Suport to complete the AR reports.

• University degree, at least 2+ years experience working in accounting & finance.

• Hard working, proactive, able to work under high pressure.
• Proactive & problem solving skill is preferred.
• Good English proficiency.
