Key responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for sales of all modality products, such as DR (Panel and X-Ray Generator), Mammo DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound by managing dealers and customers in South (from Danang to Ca Mau).
- To ensure consistent brand image improvement through positive action plan.
Job Description:
1. Deliver Sales target:
- Cultivating strong relationships with high-level executives and key clinical and procurement customer decision makers; develop customer coaches.
- Ensuring in-depth understanding of customer needs and sufficient messaging of Fujifilm Vietnam’s (FFVN) value proposition across the entire Modality portfolio.
- Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings and demonstrating equipment capabilities.
- Achieving business objectives for assigned territory.
- Guiding the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goals and budgets.
- Leading territory team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activity.
- Effectively prioritize and manage time to allocate efforts across all deals.
- Provide regular updates on progress to management and field leadership; proactively flag instances in which higher level management is required to support deal process.
- Maintain high quality CRM win/loss data.
2. Product Marketing:
- Deeply understanding about FFVN’s portfolios to deliver product information effectively and accurately to customers.
- Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customer need, competitors’ data.
- Coordinating with Medical Marketing Leader/ Product specialist/ Business Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing events.
- Stock Management & Account Receivable:
3. Coordinating with Logistic Dept. to control stock level and with FA Dept. to control AR/Overdue.
4. Any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) holder. Medical/ biomedical/ biotechnology background is a plus point.
- Have +3 experience-year working in medical equipment business. Experience in Radiology field is a plus point.
- Have good relationship with hospitals / clinics to develop new products: DR (Panel and X-Ray Generator), Mammo DR, CT, MRI, Ultrasound
- High potential performer with proven success in previous roles
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Possessing a strong sense of ownership and being accountable for missions, overcome challenges and difficulties to pursue the final goals.
- Ability to generate ideas/ initiatives/innovations that create value and improve processes instead of just following the previous way.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and implementation.
- Great ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships by managing their expectations as well as the desired outcome appropriately is known.
- Good at listening and mutual communication skills in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Have +3 experience-year working in medical equipment business. Experience in Radiology field is a plus point.
