• Develops requirements with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Derive technical solutions out of requirements using existing product portfolio and initiate development of new product variants if needed
• Lead technical part in Engineering projects and Simultaneous Engineering teams following Bosch internal development standards
• Represent work towards steering committee as well as internal and external customers
• Interface to Design, Simulation, Testing, Customer, Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management and Controlling
• Handling of advanced/complex applications as well as coaching of junior application engineers

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable with at least 2 years of experience
• Knowledgeable in design and manufacturing of plastic and elastomer parts
• Experience in the field of automotive connector components and systems preferable
• Independent, well-structured and goal-oriented way of working
• High resilience, readiness to take responsibility and high ability to work in a team
• Ability and willingness to take risks (decisions with limited information)
• Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form, knowledge of German language preferable
• Very good communication and presentation skills
