Job Responsibilities:
- Perform shift operations for the finished goods loading process and weighbridge management to meet the section’s KPIs.
- Monitor truck activities, including on-time inbound deliveries, loading dock status, and weighbridge queuing, in alignment with the loading and transfer plan.
- Prepare shift reports, summarizing operations, performance, and any issues encountered during the shift.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations.

Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Male
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Fresh graduate to 5 years of experience in transportation coordination within manufacturing or logistics sectors.
- Skills: Good English communication skills.
- Work Schedule: Willing to work in shifts.
- Personal Qualities:
- Careful and detail-oriented.
- Reliable.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
