We're hiring a sharp, reliable, and detail-obsessed junior professional to support our finance team. You'll help lower costs, speed up cash flow, and support accurate billing-while making life easier for our execs and teams.
Your Role & Impact
1. Ensure time sheets are accurate and up to date for billing and cost allocation
→ Helps capture all billable hours and reduce revenue leakage.
2. Prepare and follow up on client invoices (Accounts Receivable)
→ Keeps revenue coming in and shortens cash collection cycles.
3. Submit accurate, timely executive expense reports
→ Saves time and keeps reporting clean.
4. Review and verify staff expenses to ensure they belong to WowSuite and are appropriate
→ Reduces waste and improves accounting accuracy.
5. Process supplier bills and manage Accounts Payable
→ Avoids late fees and improves vendor relationships.
6. Book and manage travel for executives at best prices and optimal routes
→ Saves time and cost while ensuring smooth trips.
7. Maintain clean, daily financial records
→ Enables clear visibility for decisions.
8. Assist in month-end close and financial reporting
→ Keeps leadership informed and audits smooth.
9. Support compliance and documentation for audits
→ Avoids penalties and ensures readiness.
10. Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and keep data accurate
→ Supports faster execution and stronger reporting.What You Bring
• 2+ years in accounting, finance, or operations
• Strong with Google Sheets, Docs, and online tools
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) IELTS 6.5+
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS or progress toward CPA/ACCA is a plus
• Organized, responsible, and proactive-no babysitting needed.
