 1. Key Responsibilities:

• Freight Rate Sourcing & Updates:
• Collect freight rates from Airlines, Shipping Lines, and Co-loaders.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, and related costs to ensure competitive pricing.
• Update rate sheets by routes, markets, and periods.
• Quoting to Sales/Direct Customers:
• Analyze customer shipping needs to offer optimal pricing and transport solutions.
• Prepare and send accurate, timely quotations to the Sales team or directly to customers.
• Track customer feedback, adjust pricing, or explain cost breakdowns when necessary.
• Cost Analysis & Optimization:
• Analyze shipment cost structures and compare rates across providers to select the best option.
• Propose cost-saving transport solutions to minimize risk and maximize company profit.
• Internal Coordination:
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Documentation, and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking and shipping processes.
• Support in resolving pricing-related issues, schedule changes, surcharges, or unexpected updates from carriers.

2. Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Pricing or similar roles within the logistics industry.
• Professional Knowledge: Strong understanding of Incoterms, export procedures, customs regulations, and global shipping routes.
• Skills:
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to work effectively with carriers and partners.
• Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and building detailed cost breakdowns.
• Basic English communication skills (especially for email correspondence with Airlines/Carriers/Co-loaders).

Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, highly responsible, and capable of handling high-pressure situations.

• Compensation: Base salary starting from 10,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on experience) + KPI bonus + Allowances as per company policy.
