Mô tả công việc
- Perform prototyping, testing and troubleshooting products during development stage.
- Build and develop fixtures, Tools, for quality inspections and assembly line.
- Build, develop, maintenance equipment/machine for mechanical lab.
- Develop, operate, organize Mechanical Lab.
- Perform measurements using VMM (Vision Measuring), CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Vernier calipers, dial/height gauges and other instruments also perform product functional testing for the purpose of validation component, product validation.
- Team work with assembly group to transfer product from development stage into mass production.
- To perform other tasks assigned by engineering manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College or Technical training qualification in Automotive, Mechanical, Machining, Fitter And Turner, Industrial.
- Relevant work experience in Machine Shop, Quality Group or Assembly.
- English – intermediate or above reading/writing level, basic to intermediate spoken and listening.
- 2D & 3D CAD drawing basic skill set (Acad, ProE, SolidWorks, etc.);
- Microsoft Excel – ability to make tables, charts, and reports
