We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting for a growing service-focused business. This is a full-time role suited for someone who is hands-on, well-versed in Vietnam accounting standards, and comfortable working with a small team and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily bank transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense reimbursements

• Communicate with clients to follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection

• Prepare and issue VAT invoices and related accounting documentation

• Record accounting entries accurately and maintain complete accounting records

• Prepare monthly financial reports for internal management and VAS compliance

• Coordinate quarterly and annual tax filings, including VAT, PIT, and CIT

• Support year-end closing, financial statements, and external audits

• Work with external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors as required

• Ensure compliance with Vietnam accounting, tax, and financial regulations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting with hands-on tax and reporting exposure

• Solid understanding of Vietnam accounting standards and tax regulations

• English proficiency in both written and spoken communication

• Comfortable working with Google Workspace and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline management

• CPA or Chief Accountant certification is a plus
