• Handle internal team/customer escalation requests, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Consult best practices and workarounds if the current product does not meet customers’ requirements.
• Fix bugs and develop features to satisfy customers' needs based on defined requirements and designs.
• Read log files and write automation test scripts to investigate issues
• Follow the given procedures and instructions to produce well-designed, testable, and clean code.
• Write samples and documents to guide end-users.
• Be able to switch to cross-languages for full-stack tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

• Likely having 6+ years of experience in software development.
• Have experience with Nodejs or Javascript.
• Experience in one or more languages including but not limited to Unix, C, C++, C#, and JavaScript, is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
• Passionate about the automation testing field for desktop and mobile apps.
• Comfortable working in a product development environment
• Proactiveness, good communication, and fast learning

Nice to have

• Experience in the mobile industry
• Contribute / author apps or libraries on developer public communities like Github, Gitlab, Chrome Web Stores, etc.
• Experience in Linux OS (file system, service management, diagnosing, etc.)
