• Assist Investment Managers to evaluate real estate investment opportunities.• Run feasibility study, perform comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence of potential M&A deals.• Prepare investment deal pitches and deliver presentations to management team/investment committee.• Liaise with and management of third-party advisors such as partners, brokers, lawyers, etc. to build sustainable and mutually beneficial business relationships.• Keep M&A team abreast of competitors and market opportunities across Vietnam and asset classes.• Any other tasks by Head of Investment.• Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in real estate or investment-related roles.• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Actuarial Science, or other relevant/equivalent certifications.• CFA, MRICS, ACCA, CPA, FRM, or equivalent qualification is a plus.• A bonus will be given to those who have completed modules of Vietnamese law, including Enterprise law, Investment law, Land law, etc.• Excellent financial modelling skills required, as well as excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.• A high degree of initiative, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and good business sense preferred.
